By God's grace we will be a multigenerational, gospel-centered, disciple-making church family reaching Summerfield and beyond for the cause of Christ.
Our Values
GOSPEL-CENTERED WORSHIP
We believe worship should involve celebration, inspiration, and preparation. We also believe corporate worship reflects the theology of a local church. Therefore, we value gospel-centered worship which celebrates the greatness of God, the redemptive work of Christ, inspires attenders to live godly lives, and prepares saints for the work of ministry.

FERVENT PRAYER
We believe nothing great for God can happen apart from the power of prayer. We also believe when we seek God in prayer, we experience His power. Therefore, we value fervent prayer, in full reliance on the Holy Spirit, in pursuit of God’s kingdom and agenda for our lives and ministry.

MULTIGENERATIONAL FELLOWSHIP
We believe God intended for believers to live and serve together in community. We also believe the community of the saints consists of every generation. Therefore, we value multigenerational fellowship and celebrate the contributions of each generation to the
body of Christ.

INTENTIONAL DISCIPLESHIP
We believe the last words of Jesus were His most important words—“Go, make disciples...” We also believe our call to make disciples is enabled by God’s power and guided by His presence. Therefore, we value intentional discipleship through corporate worship, small groups, and discipleship groups.

SERVICE IN MINISTRY
We believe every follower of Christ has been given a spiritual gift to serve Christ and His church. We also believe every member is a minister. Therefore, we value service in ministry and desire for every member to have a place to exercise their gifts for the work of ministry and edification of the church.

MISSIONAL LIVING
We believe every follower of Christ has been called to live on mission for Jesus¬–in our homes, work, schools, the marketplace, etc. We also believe as followers of Christ we are called to invest our lives into relationships with unbelievers and invite them into a saving relationship with Jesus. Therefore, we value missional living and desire to equip every member in the discipline of evangelism to the end that we reach Summerfield and beyond for the cause of Christ.
